Cancellation Policy

By making a booking, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Booking Confirmation Bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed upon receipt of payment and written confirmation from the Provider. Payment Full payment or the required deposit must be received before the service commences unless otherwise agreed. Prices may change without notice until a booking is confirmed. Cancellation and Rescheduling All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time. Requests received less than 24 hours before the booking may result in the forfeiture of fees paid. No refunds will be provided for late cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, or unused services. Rescheduling is subject to availability and approval by the Provider and is not guaranteed. Changes by the Provider The Provider reserves the right to amend service dates, times, locations, delivery methods, presenters, or other arrangements where reasonably necessary. Such changes do not automatically entitle customers to a refund. Provider Cancellation If the Provider cancels a booking, a rescheduled date, service credit, or refund may be offered at the Provider's discretion. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking. Force Majeure The Provider is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, technical failures, or supplier disruptions. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from a booking or service. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant booking. Acceptance By making a booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
